Over the centuries, the estate passed through prominent Bordeaux families, and in 2006 earned its status as Saint-Émilion Grand Cru Classe. Today, under the ownership of a committed team, the château’s 14 hectares of vines, divided into plateau, slope and foot-of-hill plots, are cultivated with respect for tradition and terroir. The vineyard is planted roughly 72% Merlot, 17% Cabernet Franc and 11% Cabernet Sauvignon, a classic Right Bank blend designed to express richness, elegance, and regional character. Meticulous vineyard management and parcel-by-parcel harvesting ensure grapes are picked at optimal ripeness. At the same time, winemaking combines gentle extraction and careful barrel ageing (typically 15–18 months with 20–40% new oak) to preserve purity and build structure. The resulting wines showcase a deep garnet-purple hue and an aromatic profile of lush dark berries, wild blackcurrant, subtle spice, crushed stone minerality and floral undertones. On the palate, they deliver generous fruit, refined tannins, mineral tension and a long, polished finish — balanced, layered, and cellar-worthy.
