Aroma Notes-

The first-born of the wines that comprise the MOMA line dedicated to the world of art. Its front label displays Golden Glass, the artwork of Milanese Beatrice Pani, first-place winner in the third edition of the Umberto Cesari Art Contest..

Appearance: A light, purple-shot red.
Bouquet: Rich aromas of dried plum, sweet violets, and wild red berry.
Gusto: A velvet delight on the palate, displaying the crisp fruit classic to Sangiovese, the smoothness of Merlot, and the pungent balsam of Cabernet Sauvignon. The finish is near-endless and with all its components in perfect proportion.

Wine Making

This is a blend of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Merlot grown in vineyards averaging 15 years old and yielding 80 quintals per hectare, planted in medium-textured, clay soils. The must ferments in temperature-controlled vertical steel fermenters for 12-14 days, then wine matures 6 months in 30hl Slavonian oak ovals and a further 3 months in the bottle.
