Wine Profile

Aroma Notes-
The Moscato d'Asti area, renowned for its ideal climate and soil conditions, is where the grapes for this wine are grown.ORGANOLEPTIC NOTESIntense straw yellow colour. A fresh, very aromatic bouquet that is reminiscent of fresh fruit. Slightly sparkling sweet taste, with an excellent balance between the invigorating freshness and the delightful softness. Off-dry to Medium Sweet sparkling wine. WINEMAKING AND REFININGSoft pressing of the grapes must be stored in cold rooms at 0 ° C until the moment of fermentation which takes place in autoclaves. The fermentation is carefully stopped when the wine reaches 5.5% alcohol, ensuring the preservation of the sugars present in the grapes and the high quality of the wine.

Although Piedmont is at the same latitude as Bordeaux, it has a continental climate, with cold winters, because it is far from the moderating influence of the sea. However, the mountains and the river  create a lot of fog (‘nebbia’ in Italian), which allows the grapes to ripen slowly, developing all the good flavours. They plant the...
